Key Steps
- Select a site to access its “Site Summary” panel
- Scroll down and click on “Estimate”
- Use Corelogic comparables for sales prices, Cordell’s DA data for estimated lot size (or use the planning rules data) and construction costs
- Click back into the “Site Summary” panel and click on 3D designs section
- generate a design
- select a design and click on “See feasibility”
- Use Corelogic comparables for sales prices, Cordell’s DA data for estimated lot size (or use the planning rules data) and construction costs, or, use the m2 rate in the feasibility supplied by Cordell
- Generate a report to include the feasibilities.
